The best way to do laundry and care for your Lilibloom underwear is to machine wash-cold, and either hang dry or tumble dry low. This ensures a longer life for your undies, and the best method for mother nature since it saves energy and prevents additional emissions from entering the atmosphere.
We also recommend using eco-friendly & hypoallergenic laundry detergents to keep the world and your underwear cheeky clean.

Yes, of course! We’re all about flourishing, including with our products. We want to make sure there’s a perfect pair of panties for each of our cuties, which is why we’re happy to share that more colors and sizes are on its way.

The Lilibloom team is keen on working hard to make sure our items are always available for you, so when something is out of stock, have no fear, our best people are on it! We’re happily workin’ our booties off to replenish any out-of-stock as soon as possible. And as soon as it’s back in stock, we’ll send out an e-mail to update you all.

Great question! As long as your order hasn’t been shipped off yet, then you can change the details of your order, or cancel it, as you wish with no problems.

No worries, we’re here to turn your frown upside down any way we can. If something sadly arrived damaged, missing, or accidentally wasn’t what you ordered, we’ll either refund you for your purchase or send you a new pair of panties.
Please note though, that because underwear is a sensitive product, we won’t be able to receive the goods back. 

Returns & Exchanges

We’re keen on making sure all of our beloved customers have the perfect pair of panties and are happy about it, of course. But if you’re not totally happy with your first purchase for any reason, the First Pair Guarantee provides you the option to get a refund for it.

If there’s ever an issue, then we’re always more than obliged to listen and find a solution—including refunding you for your purchase when necessary. You can expect to see the refund in the next billing cycle.

Our policy for returns is sensitive, since underwear is a sensitive product. Shopping online is a great wonder, but we know that sometimes what you see on screen isn’t what you pictured in reality. Whether you want to exchange due to a change of heart with the color you desire, or a damaged item, we only accept returned items as received in their original state (unwashed, unworn, with all of the tags).

There’s actually a lovely little story behind each pair of underwear.
Most of the magic happens in India where the cotton grows and processed only after it’s transferred to our warehouse, packed, and sent directly to you.

Let’s start with what GOTS stands: Global Organic Textile Standard.
Similar to how USDA approval is used for food, GOTS is an international certification used for organic fibers & manufactured textiles to verify and document their product flow & supply chain, from start to finish.
Basically, it’s a certification that ensures that the product and process is environmentally safe, that the technical quality & human toxicity levels are under control, and that safe and proper social & working conditions are followed.
That’s why Lilibloom’s line of underwear is made from GOTS certified 100% organic cotton, to help both you & the world freely flourish.

Not only are our boxes manufactured with environmentally friendly corrugated cardboard, but the materials used to manufacture our products are largely environmentally friendly and recyclable.
